Pawze is for informational and wellness purposes only.

The Services do not replace professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a licensed veterinarian regarding any medical concerns. Never disregard professional advice based on information provided through Pawze.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as needed.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. User Data & Content

You retain ownership of the information you submit to Pawze. By submitting data, you grant Pawze a limited license to use that information solely to provide and improve the Services.

You agree not to upload unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features of Pawze may require a paid subscription.

Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple’s payment terms. Billing, renewals, and cancellations are managed through your App Store account.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, trademarks, logos, software, and technology within Pawze are owned by or licensed to Pawze and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Services without prior written consent.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the platform

• Reverse engineer or exploit the software

• Misuse AI-generated insights

We reserve the right to restrict access for violations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pawze and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Services.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of AI-generated insights, or specific outcomes.
